Tax treatment may vary depending on the customer's location, product and applicable requirements. Therefore, we do not apply one fixed tax rate to every order.

Shipping Information

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan. Available delivery options and applicable charges are shown during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, order processing time and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after successful order confirmation. Processing time is separate from the delivery time shown above.

During busy periods, promotions, public holidays or unexpected circumstances, order processing may take longer than usual.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but an address change may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed delivery service has been expressly offered.

Delays may occur because of courier issues, severe weather, public holidays, high demand, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs & Import Charges

Our standard service is intended for deliveries within Pakistan. If international delivery is offered in the future, any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges will depend on the destination and applicable laws.

Where applicable, customers will be provided with relevant information about additional charges before completing an order where those charges can reasonably be determined.
